The amount of clothing needed will depend on the size and type of garments and the finished design.
As a general guide, 1–2 larger school garments may be enough, but additional clothing can provide more options for incorporating special logos, colours and details.

📅 How the Booking Process Works
1. Reserve Your Booking
Purchase your $50 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your October or November 2026 production month.
2. Send Your Clothing
Post your school clothing so it arrives before the start of your booked production month. This helps ensure your keepsake can be created on schedule.
3. Final Invoice
Approximately 2 weeks before your booked production month begins, you’ll receive a final invoice for the remaining $90 balance, plus your selected postage option if required.
4. Your Keepsake is Created
Once your final payment has been received and your clothing has arrived, I’ll lovingly handcraft your School Leavers Bear during your booked production month.
5. Your Bear is Ready
When your School Leavers Bear is complete, it will be carefully packaged and posted to you, or made available for local pickup, ready to be treasured for years to come.

Spot clean only with a soft, damp cloth if required.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or soak.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help preserve the fabrics.
Store in a cool, dry place when not on display.
