Let's Begin Your Keepsake
Step 1: Choose Your Melody Bear (or Animal Keepsake)
• Mini Bears: Please select 2 garments. Try to keep in mind how the fabrics and colors will look together.
• Dressed Bears: Require at least 1 shirt + 1 bottom piece. If you’d like your bear to wear a jacket, please include a shirt underneath.
• Animal Keepsakes: Require a minimum of 2 garments
Step 2: Choose Your Keepsake
• Browse our collection by clicking on the Shop button above.
• Select your memory bear (or other keepsake) and complete your payment.
• Add any special notes you’d like us to know about your loved one or the garments you’ve chosen—these little details help us make your keepsake extra meaningful.
Step 3: Send Us Your Garments
• Once your order is received, we’ll email you with easy instructions on where to post your garments (or how to drop them off in person).
• Please include a note with your name and any special details you’d like us to know—such as:
• Writing for the bear’s feet or hands
• Specific clothes you’d like featured
• Any special fabric parts we should include in your keepsake
Step 4: Garment Arrival Confirmation
• If you’ve posted your garments, we’ll send you a friendly email confirmation as soon as they arrive safely with us.
• This way, you’ll know your precious pieces are in good hands and ready to begin their transformation into a keepsake.
How We Stitch Your Story
Once your garments arrive, the magic begins!
1. We carefully plan and design how your keepsake will come together.
2. Each pattern piece is traced onto interfacing (to strengthen the fabric) and then gently ironed onto your garments.
3. Your keepsake is lovingly sewn together, bringing your chosen pieces to life.
4. We then design and personalise the foot pads (or other special areas) with the details you’ve shared.
5. Once complete, your keepsake is packaged with care and posted back to you via Australia Post.
The whole process usually takes around 4 weeks, depending on current orders—but we always do our best to create and return your keepsake as quickly as possible.
