1. Reserve Your Booking
Purchase your non-refundable booking deposit to secure your October/November 2026 production month.
2. Send Your Clothing
Post or drop off your shirts so they arrive before the start of your booked production month.
3. Final Invoice
Approximately 2 weeks before your booked production month begins, you'll receive a final invoice for the remaining balance, plus shipping if required.
4. Your Quilt is Created
Once your final payment has been received and your clothing has arrived, I'll lovingly handcraft your Memory Quilt during your booked production month.
5. Your Quilt is Ready
When complete, your Memory Quilt will be carefully packaged and either posted or ready for local pickup.
Shipping costs are added to your final invoice before your booked production month begins.
Standard Post: Calculated based on your location.
Local Pickup: Free by appointment from the Hunter Valley, NSW.
