Clothing Requirements
The amount of clothing needed will depend on the size of the garments, the outfit being recreated and the finished design. As a general guide:
Adult clothing: 2–4 items
Older child clothing: 3–5 items
Baby clothing (3+ months): 8–12 items
Newborn clothing (0–3 months): 10–14 items
If your loved one wore special accessories such as braces, ties, scarves, hats, cardigans or similar items, you’re welcome to include these where possible to help recreate their favourite look.
If you’re unsure whether you have enough clothing, please get in touch before booking. I’m always happy to help you choose the best items for your keepsake.
How the Booking Process Works
1. Reserve Your Booking
Purchase your non-refundable booking deposit to secure your production month.
2. Send Your Clothing
Post your clothing so it arrives before the start of your booked production month. This helps ensure your keepsake can be created on schedule.
3. Final Invoice
Approximately 2 weeks before your booked production month begins, you’ll receive a final invoice for the remaining balance.
4. Your Keepsake is Created
Once your final payment has been received and your clothing has arrived, I’ll lovingly handcraft your Signature Dressed Memory Bear during your booked production month.
5. Your Bear is Ready
When your Signature Dressed Memory Bear is complete, it will be carefully packaged and posted to you, ready to be treasured for years to come.
Turnaround Time
Your Signature Dressed Memory Bear will be lovingly handcrafted during your booked production month. Once complete, it will be carefully packaged and either posted or available for local pickup.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping costs are added to your final invoice before your booked production month begins.

Local Pickup: Free by appointment from Heddon Greta, NSW.
